However, I think people need to realize that Vegas truly is a one trick pony town. I also work (should say worked since I have been told I will come back but who knows when and have not worked since 3/17) at a casino so my opinion is probably buyest.
I live in Vegas and have for the last 4 years. What makes it so tough to stay away are all the emails with great offers from many of the hotels we have stayed at.The Wynn for $109 a night? Wow. I may start to have Vegas 'withdrawal symptoms', but my wife and I are seniors and at high risk due to other health concerns, so we will probably return to Las Vegas in 2022, or at the very earliest, fall of 2021. Given that tidbit, I am thinking of not visit Vegas until there is a reliable vaccine that is available worldwide, because visitors to Las Vegas come from all parts of the world. I consider it my second home, and considering the amount of money I have poured into it, that second home may be more of a money pit than my first home, even with a new roof, new furnace and two driveway pavings in the last 7 years. I have been to Las Vegas somewhere around 40 times in the last 30 years. Let me begin by saying that I LOVE Las Vegas.and so does my wife, so we can stay married (LOL).
Short answer? Probably should close again.
